the storyline.
what did you do to deserve this you ask. why is this happening to me? what did i do? well, the truth is... your different. your special. your....an anomaly, something different that you can't explain. you may have the ability to turn into a cat. you may have two giant wings exploding from your back. Or maybe you can explode things with your mind. Either way, your a anomaly, and therefore dangerous and because your dangerous, you've been sent to Haven. Over six years ago, after the discovery of these anomalies, these special people, the government created an organization called the CORE to deal with these particular people. And so Haven was created. Deep within the heart of Alberta, it's surrounded by forests and mountains, cut off from outside contact, you can only get into it. In the outside world you weren't able to keep your abilities a secret, you were able to hide your identity, and so, you were sent here, to Haven, along with all the other poor souls that have abilities. Whether you came peacefully to Haven, or where dragged through the city streets by force is your choice. but all you know is, there are armed guards on the streets, humans glaring at you from the shadows, and of course the CORE watching your every move, making sure you don't cause any trouble. every now and then you pick up the newspaper only to see the body of a new anomaly gracing the front page. It seems that one by one the anomalies are dying. It always seems like a natural cause, but you know better. Someone, or something is killing off the anomalies, cutting off the infected toe of humanity. But amongst the darkness, you hear whispers of a group. whispers of a secret group of anomalies that are taking a stand against the CORE and Haven itself. Will you join the Resistance? Or will you swallow the card that fate has dealt you? I can't believe that this is happening to me, you think. No matter what I do, your all just going to have to watch me burn. Welcome To Haven.
